1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the p566z platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and promotional features — you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the p566z Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

3. Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one (1) p566z account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering your p566z account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. p566z is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
Your p566z account is personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your p566z account.
4. KYC & Identity Verification
p566z is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under applicable Philippine regulations. You agree to provide the following documents when requested:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID).
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last three months).
- Proof of payment method ownership where required.
p566z may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of KYC verification. p566z does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are not accepted.
p566z reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. p566z aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically settled within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the p566z withdrawal page. Withdrawals may be subject to review where KYC verification is incomplete, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where p566z has reasonable grounds to investigate the account.
p566z reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any required verification or investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.
7. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules applicable to all p566z promotions include:

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p566z platform:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any p566z content without prior written consent from p566z.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p566z shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the p566z platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the p566z platform or any part thereof.

- Any technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities beyond p566z's reasonable control.
The p566z platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p566z makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit p566z's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13. Termination & Account Closure
You may close your p566z account at any time by contacting p566z customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.
p566z reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms.
- p566z is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
- p566z reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
15. Changes to These Terms
p566z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p566z will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the p566z platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
